Right of Withdrawal

You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. This means you can cancel your order by notifying us at info@worldoftumla.com before the withdrawal period expires (14 days after you or your representative has received the goods).

Extended Return Period: We offer a longer return period beyond the 14-day withdrawal period. Please refer to our Exchanges & Returns policy for details.

Refund Policy

If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, we will process your refund once the goods are returned within 14 days. You will be reimbursed for all payments made, including standard delivery costs. However, any additional costs for a delivery method other than our standard option will not be refunded. The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Returned items will be fully refunded if they are unused and all tags and labels remain attached and intact. You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product's characteristics and function.

Responsibility for Returned Items

You are responsible for the items once you have received them. This means you are liable for the product during return shipping. Please ensure that the item is properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
