We hope you are happy with your new products. However, should you not be completely satisfied, have ordered the wrong size, or have simply changed your mind, don’t worry! you can return the products to us again. When you send products back to us, you as the buyer are responsible for the shipping.
We have a 14-day full right of return.
We only accept returns where the product is unused without defects, with intact hygiene protection, has all labels and hangtags still attached, and which have been reported to us via email and confirmed by us answering you with an approval.
To report your return, send an email to email@example.com with order number, name, phone number, and reason for the return. We would like to know why you choose to return the products, and your feedback is important to us!
Put the items you want to return in a suitable packaging, you can reuse the paper bag it arrives in if you like. If you want us to provide you with a return label please let us know, and we will create one to you at cost price. If you want to you can also ship with the carrier of your choice. Remember to send the return to us as traceable, so that we can track the package and see that it arrives as it should. As a customer, you are responsible for the package when it is delivered to us, and should the package disappear or be damaged, you as a customer must bear the cost of the lost or damaged content.
Once we have received your item, we will refund you to the account or card used at the time of purchase.

Should it be the case that you want to change the product or try another product, follow the instructions for return as above, and place a new order for the desired product.
